Version 1.118.3445 (Wait what?)

Howdy all, got a short and sweet update for you. Previously the version number was generated very much manually using an incremented build counter. To ensure each build is unique and to clarify time, the new build versions are as follows:

[Major version].[Days since Jan 1 2022].[Seconds of that day divided by 15]

Version 1.118 is not merely a version change, it is a fix for mouse on every system.

Build 1.118 (29-Apr-2022) 

[Bugfix] Linux mouse does not glitch around with rotating. 
[UX] Scroll wheel no longer FLIES. 
Update notes now support formatting.
