3D Gizmo and Rotation Sensitivity

Got yet another mini update now out.

In preferences you can slow down mouse rotation. Speaking of rotation, now it uses ctrl or shift at start of camera rotation to choose how it rotates. Ctrl uses rotate like a flying camera, Shift rotates around the selected object. The default is now to rotate around a fixed point Infront of you.

In addition, a gizmo is in testing, you can click then drag on the gizmo to rotate around, it also respects ctrl and shift to adjust how it rotates.
